I can review and update your site training documents such as Training packages for equipment or Operational roles, Safe Work Instructions, Procedures, and Management Plans.
Where new processes or equipment have been introduced to site, I can assist with determining what documentation is best suited to meet legislative requirements, and can then create these documents, commencing with the Risk Assessment and working right through to successful incorporation into your training system.
I am happy to attend site and go into the workplace to gather firsthand information, photograph machinery, and work processes ensuring that the final documents are thorough, relevant, easily read, and are up to date with the current existing site conditions.
Risk Assessment Facilitation
Where required I can help with getting documents completed more quickly by facilitating with the risk assessment as and where required for a given training package to be developed for site.
In most circumstances I can assist by pre-populating your site risk assessment tool prior to attending a team risk assessment and I can chair/facilitate the meeting on the day.
On-Site Mentoring in Document Creation
Where you want to cultivate and empower your own people on site to be able to create Company documents I am able to assist, train and mentor these people to a point where they feel confident in taking on these tasks themselves.
