I was recently engaged by a mine site Apprenticeship Officer to develop a recruitment video featuring six apprentices, aimed at encouraging school leavers to consider trade opportunities within the operation.

Each apprentice was interviewed in a structured format, sharing their personal experiences and insights into the program. This was supported by on-site filming of their day-to-day tasks, providing an authentic view of the work and environment.

The completed video was presented in local schools, supported by shorter clips for social media campaigns. Feedback from both the Apprenticeship Officer and management was extremely positive, with the video proving far more engaging and impactful than traditional presentation methods.”
