On-site Mentoring at local mine site

On site mentoring particularly with regards to document creation is important, as people responsible for these jobs must take holidays, may become sick, move on from the business or retire leaving a gap. Of course, the business may also find itself in a situation where they don’t have the time or the expertise to provide personnel on site, tasked with developing documents, the support they need to create effective documents.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with a couple of training advisors, and a supervisor on a local mine site to develop their document writing and creating skills and provide guidance on how best to develop training suites.

A few months on and I am still in touch with these guys, I have received some very positive feedback from not only those Mentees but also their line managers about their work and the training documents they have developed since my time on site.
